Camtasia Microlearning Series
This is a learning program on Camtasia learning, which consists of microlearning videos and standalone project activities. The videos are self-paced learning modules, which consist of an overview of the importance of video editing skills in the eLearning domain, and microlearning videos each cover a single feature/task of Camtasia software. The video typically ranges from 5 to 6 mins.

Reflection: For the project, I focused on implementing the ADDIE model, specifically analyzing the needs of the target audience, designing engaging and concise microlearning videos, and developing hands-on project activities. The Camtasia Microlearning Series is a valuable resource for individuals aspiring to enhance their video editing skills in the eLearning domain.
Visual Analysis Process - Design Document and Storyboard
This project focuses on the performance problems faced by first-year students in the Fine Art, Design and Cultural Communication (FADCC) associate degree program. The first-year students are not able to distinguish a traditional artwork from a modern artwork. The project implemented the ADDIE model to propose comprehensive training solution and developed a design document and storyboard for solution development.

Reflection: For the project, I believe I demonstrated strong instructional design skills throughout the process. I believe it provides a solid foundation for the development of an engaging and effective training solution to address the performance problem faced by first-year students in distinguishing traditional and modern artworks. However, I would consider seeking feedback from first-year students or subject matter experts to further refine the solution.
Formative Evaluation
This is a formative evaluation project for a self-paced asynchronous module. It included SME interview, ID expert interview, users interview and group discussion, evaluation of interviews and group discussion, and recommendations to the college of professional studies based on the evaluation results.

Reflection: During the project, I actively played multiple roles - as an instructional designer, interviewer, observer, and evaluator. Wearing these different hats allowed me to gain insights from various angles, which enriched the evaluation process. It also required me to be adaptable, attentive, and impartial in my observations and assessments.

Reflection: During the design and development phase, I carefully planned the content and structure of the video. I outlined the key concepts of the SAM Model and organized them in a logical sequence to ensure effective communication. I leveraged the capabilities of Camtasia and PowerPoint to create visually appealing slides and integrate them with engaging narration. The video serves purpose of of educating and informing the target audience about the SAM Model.
Introduction to Augmented Reality (AR)
This project is a short video and infographic for an overview of augmented reality technology. The video contains am overview of AR technology and a short quiz with feedback to answers.
